500g beef mince, turned into patties with crushed Weet Bix instead of bread crumbs. Rest in fridge for one set.
Cook on medium heat on both sides for 3 minutes.
Layer with Swiss cheese and close the roof due to 150° heat.
Lay on a bun, with many slices (of pickle).
Serve for the match.
