Forced myself to wake up at 6AM today in the hopes of dodging both UV and other humans on the Winter Track near Waterfall Gully. I didn't quiet wake up, but we got there and I was pleased to discover that my legs were still capable of hiking up steep hills.

Previous Entry: The Painful Side of Nostalgia

I woke up today feeling pounded, yet fresh. Inspired by revisiting my tales of youth, and 2004 mixtapes recreated in Spotify, over the past four days I played basketball (and tennis-cricket) ran 4 kilometres (across 72 hours) and bench-pressed my own bodyweight 19 times (over 4 sets of ten reps).
